CANCELLATIONs

I require 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Cancellations after that will be charged 50% of appointment services.

*Failure to show up without contacting me will be required to pay for their full service amount and put a downpayment upon booking new appointments

LATE ARRIVAL

Please let me know if you are running late, so I can try to accommodate you still. If you are over 15 minutes late, I will have to reschedule you. Cancellation policy may apply.

REFUNDS

I have a no refund policy after services are complete. However, if you are unhappy with anything contact me immediately. I am more than happy to fix up any service within 72 hours.
